Rachel is the co-owner and manager of Bumblebees and is a highly qualified member of the team. Rachel holds a level 6 BA Hons degree in childcare, leadership and management.

Rachel has worked in the childcare sector for 27 years and has co owned Bumblebees since 2005 and as part of the management team with her drive and passion we are where we are today.

Rachel is the lead safeguarding officer she continually supports our children and their families to create brighter futures. Rachel is also our deputy SENCO.
She has a passion for continuous improvement and relishes seeing the setting grow.

Rachel has 2 children of her own, both girls attended Bumblebees Nursery
Rachel Holds a full paediatric FIRST AID certificate.
